FAQ

Design and Quotations are obligation free. Once you have agreed to a Quotation on labour content, you will need to select tiles, toilets baths, vanities, tapware and accessories. More on the selection process below.
We are happy to provide you with advice regarding your choice of fittings and fixtures ie tiles, tapware, bathtubs and toilets and we are able to order these items for you. We will work within your budget as required. We can also organise an appointment for you to meet with one of our showroom partners who will assist you with the selection of these items. If you would prefer to provide your own products that is also fine, however, we do require them to be ordered and onsite before the renovation begins.

The time it takes to renovate your bathroom will depend upon the size of your space and renovation requirements. However, the average time it takes to complete a bathroom renovation is 3 weeks. Please keep in mind that sometimes “drying time” is needed, for example, after rendering your walls before waterproofing. If you require custom made cabinetry this can also alter the timeframe.

Temporary and portable bathrooms can be hired to solve this problem if required.
The final cost will vary depending on the style of products and materials you select. If structural changes, installation of windows, or drainage relocations are required then these will impact on the pricing. The final cost is also dictated by your choice of luxury items such as under floor heating, heated towel rails, and LED strip lighting.
Of course, just be mindful of existing electrical and water supplies, as well as asbestos wall and ceiling linings.
Any wet rot or termite damage is treated as a cost plus variation. This can be rectified by our team or
your own Builder or Carpenter.
No. We will remove all waste and rubbish. If needed, we will organize a site rubbish bin, the cost of which will be included in our quotation.
Yes, full modification can be carried out to create an accessible bathroom to Australian standards. We can also partially modify existing bathrooms by installing safety rails, or by removing shower hobs and bathtubs to create more space and easy access.
If you have a good relationship with your downstairs neighbour it may be possible. Usually access to the unit below you is required to alter drainage which impacts on your neighbour, as ceiling removal is necessary.
